In the early days of our very first tiny little shop, we decided to bake our own fresh-from-scratch pastries right on the premises. We got a hold of an heirloom scone recipe, and experimented with muffins, cookies, brownies, biscotti, shortbread, cakes---the list gets very long! We’re happy to say we got pretty good at making delightful baked goods!
Over the past 20 years, our baking operation has grown to supply our six shops in western Massachusetts---and our expert bakers lovingly turn out basketfuls of fresh baked goodies until the wee hours every single evening. All kinds of treats from gooey, scandalously rich & sweet, to gluten-free & low sugar (but still yummy) can be found filling our pastry shelves, and the delicious inventions keep coming!
