Refund/Return Policy

We guarantee complete satisfaction with Shelburne Falls Coffee Roaster products and customer service. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we'll make a full refund. Return coffee within 14 days of the ship date. Please carefully read our refund policy to fully understand your rights and responsibilities in obtaining refunds from us.

Returns

Re-pack the item in the original packaging with return form. Mail the return shipment via USPS or UPS to:

Charges will be refunded to your credit card within 30 days of our receipt of return. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

Late orders

If you do not receive your order within 10 business days from the date of your order, we will refund all charges associated with the order and credit that amount to your credit card. To obtain a refund for a late order, please contact us at 413-625-2123. Our call center is open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST.

Incorrect orders

If there is an error in the fulfillment of your order, we will refund the charges associated with the mistake and credit that amount to your credit card, or replace the coffee without charge to you.
