We guarantee complete satisfaction with Shelburne Falls Coffee Roaster products and customer service. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we'll make a full refund. Charges will be refunded to your credit card within 30 days of our receipt of return. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
If you do not receive your order within 10 business days from the date of your order, we will refund all charges associated with the order and credit that amount to your credit card. Do our coffees contain gluten or other allergens?
No, all of our coffees, including our flavored line, are gluten-free and allergen free.
Why is free shipping not working on my order over $75?
In some order cases, the free shipping option does not automatically apply, and the system will default to 'USPS Ground.' In this case you may need to click on 'Free Shipping for orders over $75' which will appear on the shipping page at checkout.
