After spending time traveling and selling coffee out of a van up and down the East Coast, the owners of Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters settled down in Shelburne Falls. It was at this point that the decision to roast coffee was made, thus the name was born!

Homemade Lavender Creamer!
Flavored Creamers have been available for purchase in grocery stores for quite some time.
However, often times these pre-made creamers come with extra sugars and an inability to customize the amount of desired flavor in your coffee.
In our cafés we create our own speciality creamers for certain specialty drinks. This past Spring we offered a Maple Cream Cold Brew.
The maple cream is made fresh daily using sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and local maple syrup!
There are many different ways to add variety to your daily routine, but one of our favorites is using all natural ingredients right from home!
